What counts as a seat?

An attorney or staff member with their own login. Clients and case contacts are never seats — they use the client portal, and there is no charge for them however many there are on a matter.

Is there a charge per application?

No. A firm filing four applications a month pays the same as one filing twenty. There is no per-filing charge and no charge for storage.

What happens after the free month?

Billing begins at $249/month. We email you before the first charge, and nothing is charged during the free month.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, at any point, including during the free month. Matters, documents, and generated forms export in full — the record is yours.

Do you offer annual billing?

Get in touch. Month-to-month is the default because most firms want to try it against a real matter first.

Is there an implementation fee?

No. Setup is a form and an onboarding session, and neither is billed.
